Atty. David obtained his Juris Doctor Degree (with thesis) Minor in International Law Practice from the University of San Carlos in 2022. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness Economics from the University of the Philippines Mindanao in 2017.
He is a Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) awardee, and a qualified civil service professional. Before being admitted to the Philippine bar, he worked as a paralegal for the Philippine Movement for Climate Justice. He also worked as a content specialist and strategist for digital media outlets.
Atty. David is experienced in litigation and dispute resolution. He handles criminal and civil cases that involve such issues as commercial fraud, maritime liability, intellectual property infringement, and the assertion and enforcement of rights to real estate. He also handles cases involving debt collection as well as protests of and appeals involving tax assessments.
Atty. David also practices corporate law. He sits as corporate secretary for significant clientele, and regularly gives legal advice on corporate housekeeping, intellectual property rights, real estate, contract law, and labor law.
