Atty. Ferrer obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Ateneo de Zamboanga University – School of Law in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Development and Management, from Notre Dame of Marbel University, where she graduated cum laude in 2015.
She is a Certified Human Resource Associate of the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines, and she topped its Batch 16 Certification Examination with a rating of 91.00%. Before joining the firm, she was a Human Resource Specialist and Legal Officer of Aurora Infotech LLC, and was in charge of its end-to-end recruitment processes, and of setting up company policies and human resource procedures. She also served as a Higher Education Instructor at Pilar College of Zamboanga City, and a Human Resource Supervisor of a significant retail establishment.
Atty. Ferrer regularly advises clients on labor and employment issues, and helps to ensure their compliance with labor laws, rules, and regulations. She also practices corporate law and litigation, and handles contract disputes, real estate disputes, and debt collection, among others.
